2. Why use Finance Link’s services instead of going direct to a bank?

2
3

We don’t operate like the banks; we work like we are part of your business. We strive to understand your aspirations, what’s is going to make you successful and what you need to do to achieve this. We can then be the bridge between you and the bank to source the best funding options. This translates into better choice, better value, and better service than what a bank can offer you.

Better choice. We can offer a more diverse set of options to borrowers and specialised advice. We carry a portfolio of products from a wide range of registered banks and a vast network of non-bank lenders. Access to many of these lenders is only available through certified financial advisers.

Better value. Our knowledge of the market and experience as former commercial bankers means we can increase your bargaining power when it comes to negotiating with lenders, resulting in more competitive pricing and avoids the time-spend of searching across the ecosystem of lenders yourself.

Better service. We offer personalised service that work with your schedule – on the weekend or after hours. We work with you and directly with your lawyer, accountant and business broker to advise on the right structure and best rates to save you money, time and stress. With hundreds of products available with different rates, structures and lifespans, we help you understand the options available and how they impact your financial situation.

Step 4: We work with you through settlement and continue to follow up and regularly check in through your business growth stages.
