Who We’re Looking For
Eligibility:
- NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5), or willingness to complete it
- 3+ years experience in banking or financial services
- Currently Available Area: Northland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Central, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu, Wellington, Nelson/Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown/Wanaka
Ideal Profile:
- Successful banker or adviser with an existing client base (preferred, but not essential)
- Strong people and sales skills
- Confident leading a team or comfortable with business development
- Tech-savvy and proactive
