Managing Director
Aaron spent over two decades working in business banking for several New Zealand major banks prior to founding Finance Link in 2020. He founded the company due to increased demand from business owners who needed him in their corner, negotiating with lenders on their behalf for the long term. Dedicated to finding agile solutions to diverse needs and committed to maintaining open communication with his clients, Aaron has established himself as the preferred business financing specialist by hundreds of business owners across New Zealand. Aaron is gratified by his clients’ trust in his expertise to manage their financing. In addition to his broad networks across the banking industry and his strong understanding of banking processes and restrictions, Aaron has launched three successful businesses of his own. From experience, he knows what his clients need to succeed. Aaron is a registered Financial Advisor as well as a licensed Financial Advice Provider. In his free time, Aaron volunteers as an accredited business mentor where he shares his knowledge and expertise with business owners to support and advance their business capability and capacity.
Jodhi Murphy
Property Financial Advisor
Jodhi brings over 15 years of experience in the banking industry to Finance Link. Her career began in the UK with Barclays, and she subsequently held key roles at ASB and Westpac in New Zealand, including Personal Manager, Bank Manager, and Branch Manager. As a mother, Jodhi understands the importance of finding the right family home. This personal experience, combined with her extensive banking background, provides her with a unique perspective when assisting others on their homeownership journey. She is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Beyond his extensive financial advisory background, Phil offers a unique perspective from sixteen years in the dairy manufacturing and export industry, where he worked with some of New Zealand's largest dairy companies. This practical experience has given him a thorough grasp of bulk and finished goods within the dairy, food, and beverage sectors, providing valuable insight into what it takes to drive New Zealand's largest industry forward. This understanding also extends to a broad knowledge of farming practices, equipping him to support businesses across various primary sectors.
